Admission Into Ordinary Secondary Education
Jifunzeni secondary school accept application for admission into ordinary secondary education for form ones from September to November each year. Normally the time of application is publish in the "Invitation to Join Jifunzeni Secondary School" each year.
Students who wish to apply to Jifunzeni secondary school must observe the following conditions:
i.
Have completed standard seven not more than three year preceding the date of application or admission.
ii.
Have passed interview examination given by the school, the pass mark for such examination will be set by the schools.
iii.
Must attain at least the age of 11 years.
iv.
Must comply with schools rules and regulations.
Jifunzeni high school accepts application for admission into advanced secondary education from March to May each year. The starting time and deadline for application will be published in the "Invitation to Join Jifunzeni High School" for each year.
Students who wish to apply to Jifunzeni high school must posses the following qualifications:
i.
Must have completed form four not more than three year preceding the date of application or admission.
ii.
Have attained at least three principle passes in Certificate of secondary Education Examination (CSEE) obtained from one sitting or two different sittings.
iii.
Must comply with schools rules and regulations.
Students may apply to Jifunzeni schools by filling application form available at Jifunzeni schools, Jifunzeni Agents and/or though our website.
During application applicants must observe the following:
i.
Download the application and school rules and regulations forms available through download links or at www.jifunzenischools.ac.tz/news.html.
ii.
Make payment of application fees, TZS 10,000 through nearest Bank; Name of Account: Jifunzeni Secondary School, Account Number; NMB: 62506600004, CBA: 105278100011, and CRDB: 0150422064900. Name of Depositor should be of the applicant (student).
iii.
After payment, sent confirmation SMS to phone number 0754638039, stating the name of applicant, date of payment, name of the bank, and selected combination for advanced level students. Also you can send the bank pay-in-slip through email by scanning it or send it as picture through what's app to th same number.
iv.
For advanced level students, dully filled application forms must be mailed to the school through post office (registed mail), postal address Jifunzeni Secondary School, P.O. Box 6209, Mbeya or scan the application form and mail it to jssp2008@yahoo.com.
v.
Retain copy of application form for future reference or on demand.

Obtain Jifunzeni Application Forms
i.
He/she must comply with admission requirement.
ii.
Payment of non refunded application fees which is TZS 10,000 (subjected to change from time to time)
iii.
Applicants obtaining application forms from Jifunzeni or Agents should pay application fees to respective persons on the spot, while those obtaining application forms through internet or website should pay through bank account (see application through internet or website).
iv.
Dully filled forms should be returned to the school at the time of interview examination (in case of form one) or at any stated date.
v.
The names of all successful applicants will be published at the place of interview and/or on the school website
vi.
Selected applicants can obtain joining instructions form and school rules and regulation direct from the school or agents or from our website.
vii.
Dully filled and signed admission forms and school rules and regulations must be returned to the school at the time of admission.
